Steam Room Servicing
We offer servicing to Steam Rooms supplied and or fitted by Nordic. If your Steam Room is not supplied by Nordic, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
At Nordic, we pride ourselves on the quality of our finished product.
For customers that have a Steam Room supplied by Nordic, the following applies:
With our Standard package, the cost of servicing a single steam room starts at £349 (plus VAT) per annum. Additional rooms can be added on for as little as £300 (plus VAT). If you’re looking for a fully comprehensive package, our Premium service packages start from £489 (plus VAT) for a single room.
In addition to our service packages, we also offer a range of other services such as deep cleaning of tiles and grout, generator cleaning. Our team can also replace worn grout and mastic.
Premium Service Package
Our Premium steam servicing option consists of all the features from the standard servicing pack, plus:
- Steam Cleaning of Cabin (Walls, Benches, Ceiling, Floor)
- Cleaning of Steam Room Waste Trap
- Software Updates for EOS Controllers
For customers who have just had a domestic Nordic Steam Room installed, we will increase the standard warranty period to 36 months upon the purchase of a three-year premium service package.
Standard Service Package
Our standard steam servicing option consists of the following:
- Steam Room Performance Check
- Generator/Control Visual & Electrical Checks
- Element Loading Checks
- Steam Cabin Condition Inspection
- Door Check (Hinges, Handles & Seals)
- Operational Lighting Check
Along with this, we will give advice and recommendations on additional work that may need to be carried out, such as replacing controls, elements and thermostats.
We recommend annual servicing for domestic use and bi-annual servicing for commercial use. Our pricing is for within 75 miles of the M25.
